Merry Christmas!

It's a balmy 14 degrees in Chicago as I write this on the afternoon of Christmas Day, with brilliant sunshine making it look way warmer than it is.

Christmas Eve was low-key with a delicious dinner of heaping platefuls of spaghetti with yummy garlic cheese bread, heavy on the garlic courtesy of your's truly getting a bit carried away plucking a few too many cloves from the bulb.

Or the Ted Lasso Christmas episode, “Carol of the Bells.” We've already added that to our yearly Christmas tradition.

And another cute movie that might have been overlooked was Last Christmas with Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding. After Charlie Brown and Ted Lasso last night, we found this on Amazon Prime and finished off the night.
